Trousseau Hospital
Paris' Trousseau Hospital is a landmark in children's hospital care, leading the way in a more humanistic approach to caring for sick children since the 1960s. Three Luminous SkyCeilings have been installed in the Professor Grimpel Child Psychiatry Services corridor, making children's visits to their doctors more pleasant and relaxing.
An administrative assistant in the area commented that, "The corridor is much brighter and more welcoming. The light looks so natural that sometimes children don't even notice the SkyCeilings. But, the well-being, calm, and relaxation created by the SkyCeilings is especially helpful for the parents, who are usually very anxious and worried about their children.”
