At Home Store
When RoseAnn Witherspoon was designing the At Home Store, an upscale household goods store in Fairfield, Iowa, she thought about all aspects of the shops environment, including the ceiling.
RoseAnn decided to fill the high, coffered ceiling in the front of her store with a 10'x24' Sky Factory Ambient SkyCeiling™. Entering customers are immediately drawn to a tantalizing array of gleaming cookware, china, and colorful linens, but their gaze inevitably drifts upwards, drawn by the expanse of blue sky and soft clouds.
"The SkyCeiling is so beautiful. People are delighted and uplifted and always ask about it," says RoseAnn.
She wanted to create a light-filled environment that would insulate customers from the vicissitudes of cold Iowa winters and steamy Iowa summers.
RoseAnn says that, "Even on cloudy days our customers feel cheerful. It was the best investment I could have made."
